Standard Mail (Documents only)

Standard Mail refers to the posting of documents only. The postage can be found in the local postage rate table (Letters)

Standard Mail Conditions

• Letter, printed paper or paper based items in a rectangle paper-based envelope.
• Postcards or mail items in card form
• The envelopes should be sealed
• Not smaller than 90mm (Width) x 140mm (Length) x 0.2mm(Thickness)
• Not larger than 229mm (Width) x 324mm (Length) x 14.0mm (Thickness)
• Not lighter than 2g or heavier than 2kg.
• Mail items in cardform or postcards must not exceed 162mm x 240mm
• Paper quality of at least 230gsm.
• Mail items should be of light colour, white, cream, goldkraft, manilla, or pastel colour.
• Pressure sealed and pagemail items

Standard Regular Mail

Envelope Size:

• C6 Envelope - 114mm x 162mm
• DL Envelope - 110mm x 220mm
• C5 Envelope - 162mm x 229mm

Standard Large Mail

Envelope Size (Up to C4 Size):

• B5 Envelope - 178mm x 254mm
• C4 Envelope - 229mm x 324mm
